ACVC is once again proud to offer online exhibitor
badge registration for 2010
Depending on your booth size, each exhibiting
company receives a certain number of exhibitor passes. This online badge
registration system will allow you to enter the names of your exhibitors
so badges can be customized for your organization.

The ACVC is currently selling advertising space in
our Onsite Program Book. All of our attendees will receive this program
book in their conference bag. With pricing levels available for

20x20s, we’ve got every exhibitor covered. At our 2009 show,
approximately 2,000 registrants from the veterinary field attended the
ACVC and browsed the Exhibit Hall.

NEW IN 2010!
We’ve got a new Floor Plan!
To maintain consistent traffic flow and create a successful
experience for all of our exhibitors, the ACVC has slightly modified
its floor plan. Please view the updated floor plan when selecting
booth space for 2010.
We’re extending Exhibit Hall Hours on
Thursday!
Based on the suggestions and extremely positive feedback from
our exhibitors, the Thursday morning attendee breakfast will now be
served inside the Exhibit Hall.
ARE YOU A PAST ACVC EXHIBITOR?
As a courtesy, the
ACVC will allow 2009 Exhibitors to reserve their same booth location
until December 31, 2009. After that date, all spaces not
pre-reserved will be on a first-come-first-served basis.
