SPEAKER SPONSORSHIPS
$12,500 General Session Speaker Sponsorship
• Available on Tuesday morning, Wednesday morning, Wednesday afternoon and Thursday morning
• Sponsor will be responsible for selecting and confirming the speaker; all speakers must be approved by the ACVC
• Signage and table to place promotional material
• Recognition in the Program Book, all pre-conference material, and the ACVC website

$2,500 Full Day of Presentations Speaker Sponsorship
• Fee is per speaker, per day
• Signage with sponsor logo at the meeting room

$1,750 Half Day of Presentations Speaker Sponsorship
• Fee is per speaker, per day
• Signage with sponsor logo at the meeting room

$500 Promotional Material/Bag Insert
• Limited to an 8 ½ x 11 literature piece or promotional item
• Sponsor to provide 2,000 to be included in attendee bags
Bag Inserts must be sent to AEX no later than Monday, Sept. 30, 2013.

Notepads, Full size 8 1/2 x 11, in kind donation, sponsor to provide
