Important Dates To Remember

March 1, 2013 Last Day for Returning Exhibitors to Secure the Same Booth Space
June 28, 2013 Deadline Date for Exhibitors to be Included in the Registration Brochure
August 23, 2013 Last Day to Cancel Booth Space with 50% refund
August 23, 2013 Final Booth Space Payment Due (*Failure to submit final payment may result in forfeiture of booth space and deposit)
October 1, 2013 Bag inserts must be received at the ACVC holding warehouse in Atlantic City

No dismantling of exhibits will be permitted until the trade show is formally concluded. Early break down without permission may result in forfeiture of booth space in future years. *All times are tentative and subject to change

What Are The Past Registration History/Numbers For ACVC?

On average, ACVC registers about 750 veterinarians and 650 technicians/practice managers/front office staff. Therefore, about 1,400 total veterinary professionals. We usually have around 130 exhibiting companies. We do not track veterinarian specialties.

What Is Included In My Exhibit Space?

Each booth will be provided with:

  • Back drapes
  • Side rails and drapes
  • One 6′ draped table
  • Two side chairs
  • One wastebasket
  • Sign with Company Name, City and State
