Exhibit Booth Pricing and Information

ACVC has been made aware that there were fake emails going around last year claiming to be partners of the ACVC.  Unfortunately, this led to missed deadlines.  We have already seen some evidence of this happening again this year. To assist you in determining spam email, please see below:

ACVC DOES NOT partner with third party companies regarding hotel rooms. We will contact you directly via email from or with instructions to book your hotel room. ACVC will never call you to book your hotel room or email you a booking form.

ACVC's Exhibit Hall Management company is Atlantic Expo Services (AEX) and wi-fi and/or telecom is provided by SmartCity, based out of the Atlantic City Convention Center. Each 10'x10' exhibit space includes the following:

  • Pipe & Drape with Company ID Sign*
  • Furniture Package: (1) 6' Draped Table, (2) Chairs, (1) Wastebasket
  • 3 Exhibit Staff Badges
  • Attendee mailing list (2 weeks prior and after the Conference)
  • Listing on ACVC website, Onsite Program Guide and ACVC Mobile App
    *Pipe & Drape will be provided in show colors. Carpet is not provided.
  • Lunch Tuesday & Wednesday. Exhibitor breakfast Thursday.

Important 2017 Exhibitor Dates to Remember:

  • August 21, 2017 - Last Day to Cancel Booth Space with 50% refund
  • August 21, 2017 - Final Booth Space Payment Due (* Failure to submit final payment may result in forfeiture of booth space and deposit)
