Registrations entered as of Friday, Sept. 27, 2013 will recieve their name badge packet in the mail.

Any registrations entered after Monday, Sept. 30, 2013 will NOT recieve a name badge packet in the mail and will have to pick up their packet on site at the convention center.

Registrations after Friday, Oct. 4, 2013 will have to be done in person at the convention center.

To use the paper registration option you will need to:
1. Complete the 2 page form with your information and selections.
2. Save the forms to YOUR computer
3. Attach to an email, attendee@acvc.org

INCLUDED IN YOUR REGISTRATION FEE:
• Access to all sessions throughout the conference
• Breakfast and lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
• Evening receptions on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
• Pre-conference on-line proceedings access
• FREE CD copy of the conference proceedings
• Access to over 150 of the leading suppliers of veterinary goods and services in the Exhibit Hall

REGISTRATION MATERIALS WILL BE SENT PRIOR TO THE CONFERENCE
All attendees who register prior to October 1 will receive a letter in the mail that includes their badge, badge holder, and all other necessary tickets (meals, labs, etc.). The letter will explain that the attendees need to bring that envelope with them to Atlantic City for easier on-site registration. Each attendee will receive a conference bag which contains their On-Site Program Guide and a complimentary CD of the proceedings

CANCELLATION / SUBSTITUTION POLICY
We all have unforeseen emergencies that may occur. Whenever possible we encourage you to send a colleague as a substitution. If you are having a colleague attend in your place please notify the office so we can make the proper adjustments. Please send your colleague’s name and contact information to the office via fax (908) 450-1340 OR email to attendee@acvc.org.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the office via fax (908) 450-1340 OR email to attendee@acvc.org.

• Full refund of registration fees if request is received by Friday, September 13, 2013.
• A $75 fee will apply for all refund requests received after September 13, 2013.
• No refund will be provided if request to cancel is received after September 27, 2013.

Reimbursement will be issued in the form that payment was received. Please allow 3-4 weeks for reimbursements to be processed.

POLICIES

CANCELLATION OF CONFERENCE
In the unlikely event that ACVC shall deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. ACVC shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individuals.

CONSENT TO USE OF PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, ACVC, and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to ACVC’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.

CONSENT TO RECEIVE COMMUNICATIONS FROM ACVC
By registering / attending this event, constitutes consent for the ACVC to communicate with you via fax, e-mail, mail, text messaging, instant messaging, social media and to make you aware of products and services.
