The guide contains complete continuing education session information and an exhibitor directory – attendees reference this guide all day long. Digital File Requirements:

Platforms and Programs: Program Book Ads must be provided as 4-color process files (CMYK) and must be supplied on proper media.

No additional PMS colors can be within the file. Macintosh is the preferred platform, but we can accept PC files as long as they are of compatible software. Please supply high resolution PDF’s (minimum 300dpi), with all fonts embedded.

Fonts: All fonts must be included (both screen and printer fonts). Use Type 1 fonts only. True type fonts are not acceptable and will be replaced if sent. Note: Non-Mac fonts will be replaced with similar fonts.

Graphics/Resolution: All graphics should be supplied in PDF format. Resolution must be minimum 300 dpi. All 4-color images must be saved as CMYK (not RGB or indexed color). Black and white images must be saved as grayscale or bitmap. No GIF images are acceptable.

Transfer Media: A color proof MUST accompany your submitted materials. Accepted media: CD, FTP or USB Flash Drive. No high-resolution materials should be emailed. We cannot accept responsibility if the above specs are not followed.
